Yes! Our konjac jelly is 100% plant-based and vegan friendly. We use konjac powder (a root vegetable) instead of gelatin.
Our vacuum sealed packaging have a shelf life of 24 months. Once prepared, the jelly stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Absolutely! However, as with all jelly products, please supervise young children to prevent choking hazards. We recommend cutting the jelly into smaller pieces for little ones.

It's super easy! Just boil one cube with 5-6oz of water, simmer and stir until dissolved, then pour into a mold and refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm. See our How to Prepare guide.
